  3. Submit a Direct Inquiry

    Interested parties submit a direct inquiry through the platform, including an optional message and an acknowledgement that the platform is an introduction service only. The opportunity creator is notified immediately.

  4. Connect Directly Off-Platform

    The opportunity creator reviews inquiries in their dashboard and responds directly via email. All due diligence, NDA exchange, legal review, and deal negotiations happen privately between the parties, completely outside the platform.
